With over 15 years of experience planning events, Lindsay Jean Weddings & Events expertise ranges from community-focused event programming at shopping centers, experiential marketing, large-scale client events, corporate parties, and employee events such as sales retreats and department offsites.

Event planning services are priced out by way of flat fees based on the project/scope of work. And yes, we do offer discounted non-profit fees!

Wedding PLanning

Planning a wedding is a full-time job that most people don’t have time for! Personally, we love being a wedding planner that our clients trust and consider ourselves “professional hair splitters.” It’s what we do best!

A Lindsay Jean Weddings & Events client can expect romantic ideas with coastal and whimsy touches, with a highly enthusiastic and calming spirit to every aspect of planning and executing on your special day.

We believe that weddings and events should be fun, and with us on your side, you bet they are! We are extremely passionate about what we do, and that passion shines through at each wedding or event!

partial PLANNING

Our Partial Planning packages are perfect for couples getting married at traditional wedding venues!

We offer two partial Partial Planning options: 12 weeks prior or 8 weeks prior.

If you’re clear on the vendors you want to hire and just want help with the execution of your big day, this package was created for you! Remove the stress by hiring a professional, so you can be fully present for the festivities.

Partial wedding planning packages include a customized planning spreadsheet for you to use as you plan your wedding, timeline creation, rehearsal, and wedding ceremony coordination.

Full-SERVICE PLANNING

Our Full-Service Planning packages start at $6,000 and are for the couple looking for a wedding planning partner.

This option is best suited for couples getting married at estates, private residences, and/or non-traditional wedding venues (“raw spaces”).

This package includes complete partnership in the planning from start to finish and begins as early as 12 months out from your big day! We are with you every step of the way, from the venue and vendor selection + contract negotiation to budget management and wedding design.
