Event PLanning
There’s nothing we love more than maximizing the moments that matter. Event planning has been a core component of every job Lindsay has held throughout her career and is where her true passion lies.
With over 15 years of experience planning events, Lindsay Jean Weddings & Events expertise ranges from community-focused event programming at shopping centers, experiential marketing, large-scale client events, corporate parties, and employee events such as sales retreats and department offsites.
Event planning services are priced out by way of flat fees based on the project/scope of work. And yes, we do offer discounted non-profit fees!

Wedding PLanning
Did you know the average wedding takes over 400 hours to plan?
That’s essentially a full-time job — and most couples don’t have that kind of time. That’s where we come in. At Lindsay Jean Weddings & Events, we thrive on the details (we like to call ourselves “professional hair splitters”) and love being the trusted partner our clients can rely on.
Our style blends romantic ideas with coastal and whimsical touches, all while bringing an enthusiastic yet calming presence to every step of the planning journey. We believe weddings should be joyful and stress-free — and with us by your side, they truly are.
From chic city celebrations to tented estate affairs or timeless venue weddings, we bring cohesively thought-out details that leave a lasting impression. We offer Partial Planning, Day-of Coordination, and Venue Research, with packages custom-tailored to your specific needs — because no two weddings should ever look the same.

Want more support?
We offer hourly consulting rates for vendor contract review, design consultation, wedding timeline and reception layout creation if you’re not ready to commit to full wedding coordination.
Day-of coordination
Day-of coordination is perfect for couples who have done the planning themselves — you’ve secured your venue and vendors, but want a professional to step in and bring it all together seamlessly.
Support begins about 6 weeks (1.5 months) before your wedding, when we’ll create your detailed timeline and layouts, confirm and communicate with your vendors, and make sure every detail is accounted for.
On the big day, we’ll manage logistics and serve as the point person so you can be fully present and stress-free.
Please note: this service is not available for private home weddings or events that require building a venue on site.
partial PLANNING
Partial planning is a great fit for couples who enjoy being hands-on but want expert guidance to refine their vision and bring all the moving parts together.
Beginning 9–10 months out, this service is perfect if you’ve secured some of your key vendors but need help shaping a cohesive design plan and filling in the missing pieces. We’ll refine your vision, connect you with trusted partners, and manage the details so your celebration feels elevated, intentional, and stress-free — allowing you to stay hands-on with the parts you love while we ensure the rest comes to life beautifully.
Both packages include a customized planning spreadsheet for you to use as you plan your wedding.
